Ojasva products, including our shampoos, are made with natural ingredients and designed for external, personal use only.

• All products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in texture, fragrance, or color may occur.

Products purchased from Ojasva are for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized parties.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or policy violations.

Accepted Payments: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment gateways provided on Shopify. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days across India.

• Shipping fee: Free on orders above ₹499. A standard fee may apply to lower-value orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello.ojasva@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Allergy Disclaimer

While our products are made with gentle and natural ingredients, skin sensitivities and allergies vary from person to person. Always conduct a patch test before full use.

Ojasva is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. Please read the product ingredients carefully and consult a doctor if unsure.
