In case of high demand or stock delays, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if this occurs.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real-time. If you have trouble tracking, feel free to contact us.
Order Delays / Non-Delivery
While we aim to deliver all orders on time:

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or if it is refused at delivery, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping charges from your refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
