At Ojasva, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver high-quality, natural hair care products, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

🚫 No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our products (personal care/hygiene items), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.

✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered

  2. Damaged Product Received

  3. Expired Product Received

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please email us at hello.ojasva@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear photo of the product and the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item)

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders if the product is out of stock, damaged, or not delivered.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Free samples or gifts

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
