🚫 No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of our products (personal care/hygiene items), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.
✅ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:

Expired Product Received
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging.

Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Replacement

A clear photo of the product and the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item)
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders if the product is out of stock, damaged, or not delivered.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
